Mediato Recruitment Solution Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the Mediato Recruitment Solution (“Mediato,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) and the services provided through Mediato (the “Services”). By using Mediato or the Services, you are indicating that you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Mediato or the Services.
  2. Services Mediato provides a recruitment platform that connects job seekers with potential employers. The Services include creating a user profile, searching and applying for job openings, and receiving job recommendations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.
  3. User Accounts To use the Services, you must create a user account (“Account”) and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
  4. User Content You are solely responsible for any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials (“Content”) that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through Mediato. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Content that is illegal, harmful,threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  5. User Conduct You agree to use Mediato and the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of Mediato or cause harm to other users. You also agree not to use Mediato or the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications or to harvest or collect personal information about other users.
  6. Intellectual Property The Services and all Content and materials included on Mediato, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of Mediato and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties Mediato and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Mediato or the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on Mediato.
  8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Mediato be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Mediato or the Services.
  9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Mediato and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Mediato or the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
  10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
